Everyone loves a good comeback story.  Lebron James down 3-1 against the greatest regular season NBA team of all time.  Morgan Wallen getting canceled only to have the album of the year and crazy expensive concert tickets.  Robert Downey Jr. went from addict to Iron Man.  Seabiscuit.  Mighty Ducks. Kim Kardashian.  Well, hang another banner to the list.  The Rusty Balloon Knots mounted an equally sticky and exhilarating comeback against Navy with some late inning heroics.  The Gold Spots poured it on to float out of the toilet bowl.  Orchid Faces found their vinegar stroke in the 7th inning to finish on top of a back and forth battle with Red.  The Fore-est Play are flying solo atop the standings.  

We have officially reached the makeup weeks from previous rainouts.  We will be able to make up both of the previously cancelled weeks before starting the playoffs.  Plenty of time to play yourself out of the toilet bowl or improve your playoff positioning.  Thank you all for turning out to Peerless last week.  Hope everyone enjoyed the cupcake contest.  This week will be the Wind Surge Game!!!  Your coaches RSVP’ed on your half if you wanted tickets.  I will be distributing each team their tickets so you will be getting yours from your coach.  Let’s represent as Wichita’s Professionalest Young’ns.  The Surge are currently in 2nd place of their division and well on their way to a win tonight.  

Our August 3rd games will be followed by a pool party at Crestview Country Club.  They’ll have the party ready for us and plenty of booze and food to buy.  This is a family friendly event if any kiddos want to come swimming.
